At BebeMeret, your child’s comfort and your satisfaction matter to us the most. We understand that sometimes a product may not fit as expected or you may wish to exchange it. Our Return & Exchange Policy is designed to keep the process simple, fair, and stress-free for parents.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
Innerwear and undergarments
Socks (if packaging is opened)
Items purchased on clearance or final sale
These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or color, simply contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will assist you with an alternative solution or store credit.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, our team will guide you through the next steps. Shipping charges for returns may apply unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
